| The Cinema and Television Arts Living Learning Community (CTVA LLC) is among the first of many partnerships that CSUN has created to fuse community and academics. Since July 2003, the CTVA LLC has been a place for students to live, learn, and have fun about their and others CTVA fields. |

Community and networking are the two key factors that have lead the CTVA LLC to success. The faculty love LLC students. Being an LLC student means that you're serious and dedicated to your future career in TV, film, video, multimedia, or radio!
Through the LLC's Editing Bay, Green Screen Room and Equipment Room, students have quick access to latest industry resources. Both upper and lower division students can work together to vastly improve their skills over non-LLC students.

Living in the LLC adds an additional perspective to your experience as a CTVA student. Rather than simply attending mandatory classes, you'll be able to live, sleep, and breathe a CTVA lifestyle. Experience what it's like to work in an influential, knowledge expanding environment that other major. Other major film schools don't offer an opporunity like the CTVA LLC. |
| Each dorm features two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and a bathroom. In total four students live with each other in a single dorm. |
| In 2009 the CTVA LLC outgrew the size of Bayberry Building 8 and was moved to Building 14. This residence hall is four stories tall and features a Study room, Editing Bay/Equipment room, and a Screening room. |
